Please arrive no more than 10 mins late to your appointment. When you arrive 10 mins past your appointment time, that puts your own healed results and satisfaction in jeopardy. In addition, that makes the next client late. If you do happen to arrive 20+ mins late, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment & will forfeit your securi

Please be courteous & arrive on time!
Considering that parking is limited at this location- we also ask you not arrive earlier than 10mins before your appointment time.

If you arrive with a child you will be asked to reschedule & you will forfeit any deposit up to $100.

We do ask in return that you communicate to us at least 48hrs in advance in the case a cancellation or rescheduling must occur. We do ask in return that you communicate to us at least 48hrs in advance in the case a cancellation or rescheduling must occur. Any cancellation/rescheduling notice provided less than 48hrs in advance forfeit their security deposit of $100 & will need to redeposit should they choose to reschedule.
