Late / Early Arrivals
Please arrive no more than 10 mins late to your appointment. When you arrive 10 mins past your appointment time, that puts your own healed results and satisfaction in jeopardy. In addition, that makes the next client late. If you do happen to arrive 20+ mins late, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment & will forfeit your booking fee up to $100. Please be courteous & arrive on time!
Considering that parking is limited at this location- we ask that you arrive no earlier than 10 mins before your appointment time.
Additional Guests
During permanent makeup procedures it is very important for the client to not be distracted, but to be as calm and relaxed as possible. Experience has shown that it is hindersome to the process of this procedure to have small children at the appointment. At this time - no children of any age are permitted to come to appointments. If you arrive with a child you will be asked to reschedule & you will forfeit the booking fee up to $100.
Our policy allows for one adult guest only.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
At Permanent by Nadiya, we treat each customer with dignity and respect which includes being very considerate of each client's time. We do ask in return that you communicate to us at least 48hrs in advance in the case a cancellation or rescheduling must occur. Any cancellation/rescheduling notice provided less than 48hrs in advance forfeit their booking fee of $100 & will need to redeposit should they choose to reschedule.
No call/ no txt/ no show
are prohibited from any future bookings.
In addition, any completed services will not be refunded as our time and work is valuable.
